Babl is a service that allows you to monitor the online response to your or your company’s actions.  It is designed to be more affordable and user-friendly than traditional clipping but with a similar mission: to allow companies to monitor what is being said about them so they can react in time to negative comments and competitors' marketing tactics.

Client

Online comments and mentions are important indicators of customer satisfaction and brand performance. That's why a team of PR and social media experts designed a service that would be more affordable and user-friendly than traditional clipping but with a similar mission: to allow companies to monitor what is being said about them so they can react in time to negative comments and competitors' marketing tactics.

Challenge

The new service should be based on transparent reports on incidence, competition, and campaign feedback. Each Babl client receives a morning report with recommendations and comments from a PR expert.

But first, a name had to be chosen, a brand had to be created, and it had to be presented to potential clients. The originators of the idea entrusted this task to Creatim.

Solution

Creatim designed the “What's the buzz about you?“ marketing campaign to create awareness and position the product on the market, emphasizing Babl’s advantages against its online contenders in social-listening services. 

The campaign's distinct illustrations provide a “human touch” feeling to stress out Babl’s main advantage - real PR and analytic professionals behind the web app, providing daily reporting and expert advice to each Babl customer.
